The Semi-Marathon Backyard format: 3 loops, with a start every hour. The runner with the fastest cumulative time wins.

➡️ 43 km • 1,600 m elevation gain
The Marathon format:
SOLO: 6 loops to be completed continuously.
RELAY: 6 loops, with the relay handover taking place after each loop.
