Pale pink in colour, with a complex nose of ripe white fruit and melon. The complex palate balances notes of white peaches and yellow flowers. Both made for sharing and serving with food, this wine has a fresh finish packed with flavour that end on a pleasant salty note thanks to the close proximity of the sea.

Best served at 10-12°C, this generous wine goes with just about everything! This typically Provençal rosé is perfect as an aperitif or makes a simple accompaniment to dishes like sea urchin, aioli or grilled Mediterranean fish to make any occasion feel special. It goes perfectly with tuna or beef carpaccio, stuffed courgette flowers, Provençal stuffed vegetables, ratatouille, lamb skewers, sushi and sashimi, quiche or savoury crepes. Serve with a strawberry dessert or fruit zabaglione gratin for an unexpected treat.
