This wine has a brilliant purple-red hue that gives up notes of blackcurrant and liquorice. Round, fresh and spicy on the palate, with a long refreshing finish and a pleasant hint of menthol.

Serve slightly chilled at between 16°C and 18°C. Ideal as an aperitif, our Réserve is also a simple accompaniment to impromptu dinners and al fresco meals. It goes well with grilled meats, rabbit with roast tomatoes and black olives, osso bucco, stuffed Provençal vegetables, fresh goat’s cheese with olive oil or St Marcellin cheese. Sweet pairing suggestion: chocolate cake with apricot jam.
