Best served at 18°C. The complexity and richness of this characterful wine will elevate an assortment of fine charcuterie, Provençal-style beef stew, grilled Black Angus steak, venison with morel mushrooms flambéed in cognac, venison medallions with chanterelle mushrooms, or a strong cheese such as Epoisses, Munster or Mont d’Or. Sweet pairing: enjoy with a piece of intense dark chocolate.
